The marathon training is going well. Long run is now up to 18.2 so happy with that. The only thing I have found is that the stamina training has kind of compromised my speed. I have found it hard to go as quick (whether this is down to insufficicent rest I dont know).
Weight is still a little struggle though, not finding it easy to remain on track. I am not overendulging really but could do with resisiting the tempatation a little more. Need more sleep too as finding it very tiring as been going out before 6am with Lee. Anyhow trying to remain consistent so I wil lsee how it goes.
